1. Acceptance of Terms
The papapp application (hereinafter referred to as "Application" or "Service") is operated by Navanusa Development. By creating an account or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Age Limit
To create an account and use the Service, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You are not legally prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
- You may only have one active account paired with one account belonging to your partner.
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- We use unique hardware identifiers (Android ID) to ensure account security and enforce our 1 Device 1 Account policy. You are prohibited from manipulating device IDs or transferring accounts without authorization.
- You must notify us immediately if you discover or suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Uses and Content
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and healthy interaction with your paired partner. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Using or manipulating fake GPS location tools (Mock Location / Fake GPS) to falsify the location stamps on PAP videos. Our system verifies location authenticity in real-time.
- Uploading, transmitting, or sharing any content involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE/CSAM). We enforce an absolute zero-tolerance policy and will immediately report incidents to the relevant law enforcement agencies.
- Sending content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or violates the privacy rights of others.
- Uploading files containing viruses, malware, or other harmful code designed to disrupt the Service.
5. Paid Services & Premium Subscriptions
- Certain advanced features within the Application require a paid subscription (Premium Subscription).
- All payments and subscriptions are securely processed through the Google Play Billing system. Refund policies follow the official guidelines of the Google Play Store.
6. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or close your account at any time if:
- You are found violating these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines.
- You use Fake GPS applications or modify your device's system to bypass PapApp's verification checks.
- We receive a formal request from law enforcement or government authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
