2. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE / CSAM
Any form of content, activity, or communication involving Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited without exception.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Visual media (photos, videos, AI-generated/cartoon images) depicting sexual abuse, exploitation, or public nudity of minors.
- Texts, chat messages, or requests directed at grooming, exploitation, or abuse of minors.
3. Reporting Mechanisms

- Email Reporting: Users or third parties can send detailed evidence/reports to our official email at [email protected] or our verified developer email at [email protected].
4. Review and Action (Enforcement)
Our moderation team handles child safety reports with the highest priority:

- Content proven to violate these standards will be permanently deleted from our servers immediately.
- Violator accounts will be suspended (banned) permanently without prior warning.
- We block device identifiers (Android ID) to prevent banned users from creating new accounts on the same device.

PapApp does not protect lawbreakers regarding child safety:
- We cooperate fully with local police, law enforcement agencies, and international organizations such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) to report any detected CSAE/CSAM incidents.
