In accordance with Google Play's User Data Policy, we provide an easy way for you to delete your papapp account and all associated data from our servers.

Types of Data Deleted:
- Account Info (Name, Email, Password Hash).
- All Chat History & Text Messages.
- PAP Video Files (stored in Firebase Storage).
- Verified GPS Location Stamps.
- Device Info (Device ID) & Encryption Keys (Prekeys).
Data Retained & Retention Period:
- Retained Data: No personal data is retained. Only anonymous subscription transaction logs (Google Play Billing) are kept for tax reporting and Google financial compliance.
- Deletion Period: Instant deletion requests are processed in real-time. Data will be completely and permanently removed from active and backup servers within a maximum of 30 days.
Steps to Request Account Deletion:
- Choose deletion method below: **Instant Delete (Automatic)** if you remember your password, or **Submit Request (Manual)** if you forgot your password.
- Fill in your registered email address and password (for Instant Delete) or check the consent confirmation box (for Submit Request).
- Click the submit button. Your account will immediately be scheduled for permanent deletion.
Important Warning
- All chat data, location stamps, and message history with your partner will be **permanently deleted**.
- All PAP video files stored on the server will be **deleted**.
- Your partner relationship (*pairing*) will be **disconnected** automatically, and your partner will be notified.
- This action is **permanent** and cannot be undone.
Use this option if you do not remember your password, no longer have access to the app, or are an iOS/Android user wishing to submit a request via email.
